If you have forgotten your password or user name, you can log in using the security question that you created when you registered your account. (If you do not have a security question on file, you can still do the following to have your password and user name emailed to you.)
Note: If you are already employed with us, see Log in to your employee account using your security question.
On the My Job Finder page, click Forgot your password in the Job Seeker Login box. You are taken to the Forgot your password page.
Type either your email address or your user name in the appropriate text box. Note: If you use your email address, you must use the email address that you used when you registered with the system.
Click Get my security question. You are presented with your security question.
Type the answer to your security question in the Secret Answer text box, and then click Continue. You are logged into your account.
